In-Stock Order Delivery Options:
Knutsford Deliveries:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Knutsford Express Option: We recommend using Knutsford for same-day shipping. For purchases made before 12 PM Monday through Saturday, customers will receive their tracking information within 2 hours Of purchase Orders placed after 12 PM on Sunday will be shipped at 8am Monday morning.
Personal Delivery Locations:
Kingston: Pick-ups are at the Halfway Tree Police Station date and time can be scheduled at (876)226-9920
Montego Bay customers: Collect orders at the KFC and Pizza Hut Plaza across from Harmony Beach. Date and time can be scheduled at (876)226-9920
Westmoreland Customers: Collection is available in Negril or Savanna-la-Mar. Please call (876)226-9920
St. Ann's Bay and Surrounding Areas: Customers can collect their packages in Discovery Bay, St. Ann's Bay, and Ocho Rios please call (876)226-9920 for scheduling .
All Other Parishes: Please utilize our Knutsford delivery option for 24-hour package receipt.
Out-of-Stock Orders in Jamaica can be Shipped Directly to You:
Customers must register with the third-party shipping company of their choice in the United States and use the provided address for delivery.
Expected delivery time for out-of-stock items ordered online is 3 to 5 business days.
Package Tracking and Collection:
All packages can be tracked via our website, your preferred third-party shipping company, and directly through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please check your confirmation email for the correct courier & tracking number.
Once your package has arrived on the island, collect it from your preferred shipping company.
Please verify with your shipping company to estimate the arrival time of your package once it is received by your third-party shipping provider.
